  • The 5 biggest movers (upwards) from within the Greatest 1,000 were: FOOLISH WIVES (Erich von Stroheim) 763 → 396; STORM OVER ASIA (Vsevolod Pudovkin) 890 → 536; THE DAMNED (Luchino Visconti) 891 → 553; THE RIGHT STUFF (Philip Kaufman) 897 → 590; and UNE FEMME EST UNE FEMME (Jean-Luc Godard) 996→ 698.  
  • The 5 biggest movers (upwards) from outside the Greatest 1,000 were: EL VERDUGO (Luis Garcνa Berlanga) came in at 358; A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE (Elia Kazan) in at 429; HALLELUJAH! (King Vidor) in at 558; HEAT (Michael Mann) in at 574; and LIEBELEI (Max Ophόls) in at 584.
